We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will typically be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Mail unless another shipping method is selected at checkout.

Processing & Shipping Timeline

Expedited Shipments: Orders placed Monday – Friday before 12 PM will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will ship the following day, and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

Order Processing: While most orders are processed within 24 hours, please allow 1-3 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Contact Timeline: If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Postmark Requirement: To qualify, your return package must be postmarked within 7 days from the delivery date indicated in your tracking information. Returns sent beyond this window may be rejected or accepted with a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.
Return Conditions

Product Condition: All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Returned items that show any signs of wear, usage, or alteration will not qualify for return or exchange.

Packaging Requirements: Carefully pack your return in its original packaging to ensure safe transport. Returns without original packaging or documentation will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs

Shipping Deduction: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not cover return shipping fees. We recommend using a trusted carrier (UPS or FedEx) for tracking purposes, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.
Exchange Policy

Case-by-Case Approval: Exchanges are reviewed on an individual basis. If approved, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges. Items received as part of an exchange are not eligible for further exchanges.
