Yes! As long as we have a table to gather around, we can work anywhere.

2. When should I book my reservation?
Reservations need to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure we have enough time to prepare all the requested materials.

3. What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer any refunds; however, we can reschedule your reservation with a 72-hour notice prior to your party.

4. How do I secure my booking?
After a fun brainstorming session, we will email you our proposal and booking confirmation with your desired date, time, and instructions. You will need to sign our contract and pay in full to secure your workshop.

5. Do you have a kids' workshop?
Yes, we can definitely plan a kids' party! Please reach out to us, and let's create some magic together!

6. What is included in my package?
All supplies will be included with the selected workshop. You can find the details of what's included here.

7. How long will the workshop last?
Depending on the number of guests at your party, the workshop can last anywhere from one to two hours.

8. What locations do you service?
We cover all of Orange County and can travel to parts of Southern Los Angeles as well as Northern San Diego. DIY kits can also be mailed out for parties outside of the covered regions.

9. Do you do corporate events?
Yes! We have provided workshops for corporate parties and numerous large events.

10. Do you do pop-up markets and store events?
Absolutely! We can set up DIY bars at pop-up markets and store events. Please reach out to discuss potential collaboration!

3. What's the best way to store my jewelry?
Store your piece in the box or pouch it came in. Over time, oxidation occurs naturally, so keeping your pieces in a box, pouch, or jewelry box is best.

4. How do you clean Valerie Michele Design jewelry?

Each piece is designed to have a deliberately aged appearance. However, if you want to enhance the shine on a specific area, simply use a dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe that spot. Please avoid using any liquids.

5. What are the pieces made of?
Our jewelry is made from a variety of materials, including brass, sterling silver, gold plating, gemstones, shells, wood, and more.

6. I want a style that's sold out; will it be restocked?
Valerie Michele Design specializes in unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that are designed as wearable art, making them special for each customer. While we may occasionally recreate a similar style, each item is distinct, ensuring that no two pieces are identical.
